On 15th November 2021, MUSKLY Digital recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with iOTA Infotech Ltd. The signing ceremony which was held at the iOTA office, Dhaka; witnessed the presence of key officials from both parties with the partnership agreement being signed between Mr. Arifur Rahman, Chairman & Co-Founder at iOTA, and Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Founder & Chief Executive Officer at MUSKLY.
Hereby, ‘MUSKLY Digital’ agrees to provide the Sales page content for iOTA websites with quality, authentic & CopyRight free content that you know sales page content is not like as usual blog content or anything like that!
A Sales page is just a gamer that plays with words, visuals, videos, and finally emotions of a targeted audience!
This type of content is something like the heart of your online business that must be unique with one goal in mind:
“Convince people to Buy” or designed to convert your website, visitors, into customers, thus helping a company or brand to run for a long time!
Both parties are agreed to collaborate on the same purpose to build a better business for the future having some confidential issues
Here are some CONFIDENTIALITY points-
1) All terms and conditions of this Agreement (and any confidential information provided by the Client to the Marketer or vice versa) during the term of the Agreement must be kept confidential unless disclosure is required pursuant to the process of discussions.
2) Disclosing or using this information for any purpose beyond the scope of this Agreement (or beyond the exceptions set forth above) is expressly forbidden
without the prior consent of the Parties.
3) The Parties’ obligation to maintain confidentiality will survive termination
of this Agreement and remain in effect indefinitely.
This MOU is being signed having a
friendly RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES like-
1) Hereby, the Parties agree that the ‘Marketer’ in this Agreement is an independent contractor, as he/she provides the services hereunder and acts as an independent contractor.
2) The ‘Marketer’ shall not be considered an employee under any circumstances.
3) The relationship between Parties should be constructed, under the friendly business collaboration.
